Billie Joe Armstrong has been writing anthems for the disaffected since Green Day broke out of the East Bay punk scene in the early ’90s, and *Saviors* finds him with something to say again. This deluxe pressing adds seven tracks to an already sprawling set, giving vinyl collectors the full picture of where one of punk rock’s most enduring bands lands in 2025.

Green Day is not your savior.

But the spirit of rock n roll might be. And as the greatest punk band alive, they’re the loudest vessel we have… to flip-off the oligarchy.

Now, a year into their Grammy-nominated Saviors era one that’s reignited the music world (and Coachella stage) by storm. Green Day shows no signs of slowing down. Enter Saviors (Edition de luxe), dropping May 23, 2025.

This expanded version includes 7 bonus tracks: the explosive “Smash It Like Belushi,” “Fuck Off,” “Ballyhoo” and “Underdog,” a reflective “Stay Young,” plus acoustic renditions of “Suzie Chapstick” and “Father to a Son.” Together, they amplify the fire that “The American Dream Is Killing Me” first sparked now more Molotov cocktail than SOS flare.

Amazingly, Saviors represents Green Day’s 14th studio album, yet somehow this enduring power trio — Billie Joe Armstrong, Tre Cool & Mike Dirnt — remain devoted to their defiant craft that has fueled their career-long destruction of every boundary bestowed on the genre, and landed 3 East Bay punks in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.

The album was recorded in both London and Los Angeles under the audacious ear and Rock prowess of Green Day’s longtime friend & collaborator, GRAMMY Award-winning producer Rob Cavallo.

Need a little inspiration to fight the good fight another day?

Fear not. Saviors (Edition de luxe) is coming May 23.
