Petal is the long-awaited eighth studio album by Ariana Grande, set for release on July 31, 2026, via Republic Records
. The project follows her critically acclaimed 2024 album Eternal Sunshine and arrives after a period in which Grande rediscovered her creative identity through both music and film.

The album is executive produced and co-written by Grande alongside her longtime collaborator Ilya Salmanzadeh. Petal continues the duos creative partnership, which has helped shape some of her most defining pop moments. Grande describes the album as a body of work centered around renewal and resilience themes clearly reflected in the title. A petal is something full of life and symbolizes blossoming that emerges through challenging circumstances.
